Join us for our semi annual silent Meditation Retreat at the beautiful Ridgeview Manor in Boone, NC co-led by the incredible Lauren Johnakin and Alexandria Woods!

This peak weekend, step away from the noise and into a space of deep presence. Join us in the mountains for a silent retreat rooted in simplicity, stillness, and self-care. We'll nourish our bodies with intentional, healing meals. Mornings begin in silence, with guided breathwork and mindful movement. Days are filled with journaling workshops, meditative hikes, and forest bathing under the golden canopy of autumn. No phones, no distractions—just you, your breath, and the wisdom of nature. Let the quiet reveal what’s ready to be heard.

FAQS

  • Anyone who is interested in learning the tools and techniques for meditation, mindfulness, and interested in learning the power of silence.

  • We will spend Thursday night in conversation, learning more about the breathing techniques, meditation techniques, discussions, and will enter silence before bed Thursday night.

  • We recommend layered clothing for different weather, journal, books, hiking shoes, snacks if desired. Light breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be included.

  • Most rooms will be shared with at least two beds. There are a few king rooms that will be at a higher price. Please email emily@doseyogaraleigh.com for pricing information on king bed rooms.
