Dose Yoga's continuing education program is thoughtfully designed for both yoga teachers and practitioners who are looking to deepen their knowledge of yoga and take their practices or teaching to the next level. Yoga teachers may complete all modules which develop into a 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teaching certification. Modules may also be taken as continuing education. Partakers are encouraged to work at their own pace and no prior certification is required.

The Yoga Sutras are a text that was compiled by Patanjali around 400 BCE. This is the way that nearly everything we know about yoga has been preserved and passed down. The Yoga Sutras are an example of how yoga’s teachings were recorded. Yoga Sutras can be thought of as an instruction manual for mastering our minds and our lives.

CAN I TRANSFER MY CONTINUING EDUCATION FROM ANOTHER STUDIO?
Yes! Dose’s Advanced Teacher Training is designed to support yoga teachers along their entire journey. This dynamic program encourages you to create your own path at your own pace. Dose requires you to complete 150 hours with our training but are happy to transfer other credits. For questions about transferring your credits, please email lipsa@doseyogaraleigh.com
HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF MY HOURS?
We do the heavy lifting for you! Lead trainer, Lipsa Shah-Liddy will keep track of your hours and courses you’ve taken. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate under Emily Coules and Lipsa Shah-Liddy.
WHEN DOES THE 300-HOUR TRAINING BEGIN?
The advanced teacher training begins April 2023 and will be a continuous offering through Dose Yoga + Smoothie Bar on a monthly basis. You can start your modules whenever you would like!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COPMPLETE?
If you are able and willing to attend all modules, you can technically complete your advanced training in one year. This is not a requirement as we encourage you to go at your own pace and the modules will be continued year after year.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A WEEKEND?
No problem! We encourage you to go at your own pace so if you see a module that you really want to attend but are not available, be on the lookout for the next time it is offered! We will offer the same module twice a year.

Our advanced training is designed for yoga teachers and practitioners therefore, you are not required to complete any prior training. Come as you are, we are so happy to have you!
DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE ALL OF THE MODULES OR CAN I JUST TAKE ONE THAT I FIND INTERESTING?
